How does it work?

1. Make Your Booking


Select a training session below and complete your enrolment.

We will then send your First Aid Training Pack to your address, complete with a prepaid return package for you to send the pack back to us once you have completed your training.

2. The Training


Start the self-paced online theory straight away. Allow up to 3 hours to complete (you can stop and start as much as you like).

When your First Aid Pack arrives, join the online Zoom practical session from the date you select below.

3. Get Your Qualification


Drop off the First Aid Training Pack at any Australia Post outlet using the prepaid satchel provided.

While you do that, we will issue your Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment. Eclipse Education has been providing accredited first aid training for over ten years.

Can I do a First Aid & CPR course online?

Yes, this nationally accredited course is delivered by Eclipse Education, an approved Registered Training Organisation (RTO). All training is conducted in real time via zoom with a qualified Trainer and Assessor. All theory and practical demonstrations and assessments are conducted to meet the course requirements. Each participant will be shipped a full First Aid Training Pack containing all the required equipment to complete all assessment tasks.

How long will it take for my First Aid Training Pack to arrive?

Delivery times will vary based on your location. We use the reliable Australia Post network to deliver our packages. We ship all packs within 24 hours of you making your booking. We do everything we can to ensure that your First Aid Training Pack arrives before the day of your training. If there is a delay with receiving your pack then rescheduling is quick and easy. We have a helpful support team here to help with all your training needs.

How will I join the Zoom training session?

Simple! We we will send you the zoom link prior to your session starting. All you need to do is click the zoom link a few minutes before your scheduled start time (yes, we will send you a reminder email to join). Please make sure that you have completed all the online theory prior to your Zoom practical session and please make sure you have the First Aid Training Pack available to you during the entire zoom training session.

You can use any of the following devices to join the zoom session: smart phone (iPhone or Android), laptop with webcam, desktop pc with web cam, tablet.

Unit Overview

This unit combines both online and a virtual real-time zoom classroom training session.
This Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) unit is a nationally accredited unit of competency. This course will provide you with a recognised certification.
How It Works:
Simply sign up, make payment and start the course. The theoretical part of this course is online, meaning you can study in your own time and at your own pace. Once you have completed the theoretical part of this course online you will need to attend a virtual real-time zoom practical session with a qualified Trainer & Assessor. This can be done from your workplace or the comfort of your own home. You must participate in the practical classroom session within 3 months of completing the online theoretical portion of this unit. We have many practical classroom sessions available. Once you have completed the Online portion of this unit, you will be able to complete a practical hands on virtual zoom classroom session with a qualified trainer and assessor.

After completing this Provide First Aid unit, you will be able to provide the necessary skills needed to respond to a medical emergency with the goal of saving lives, reducing pain and injury until qualified medical help takes over.
