What's the minimum group size?
Generally we ask for a minimum of 10 participants, but we can be flexible — if you're close to that number, let us know in your enquiry and we'll see what we can do.
Do you come to us, or do we come to you?
Both are available. We can deliver training onsite at your workplace, school or venue, or your group can attend one of our training rooms — just tell us which you'd prefer in your enquiry.
How much can we save with a group booking?
Group bookings almost always come with a discount on our standard per-person pricing. The exact rate depends on the course and group size, so we'll confirm pricing when we follow up on your enquiry.
How quickly will you respond to our enquiry?
Our team is almost always on it within an hour during business hours, Monday to Friday. If you enquire outside business hours, we'll be in touch first thing the next business day.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. We can invoice your organisation for the whole group, or take one card payment to cover everyone — whichever is easiest for your finance team.
