Once you've met all assessment requirements and paid your fees, your Statement of Attainment is emailed to you — typically within 1–2 business days. We won't issue certificates until payment has been made.

Contact us as early as possible — ideally at least 48 hours before your course date — and we'll move you to another session at no extra charge.

Paying for your course
Many of our online courses let you complete the training first and pay when you pass. The price quoted is all-inclusive — no hidden fees. We accept credit card via our secure portal, plus direct deposit and other options listed after you register.
Your privacy
We collect only the information we need to enrol, train and certify you, and handle it in line with our privacy policy in the handbook. Using our app? See the App Privacy Policy.
Study at your own pace
Online theory doesn't have to be finished in one sitting. Start, stop and resume whenever you like — your progress is saved automatically against your account.
Photo ID & USI
All students completing nationally recognised training must provide photo ID and hold a Unique Student Identifier. Don't have a USI? Get one free at usi.gov.au.
