Whether your White Card (Construction Induction Card) has been lost, stolen or damaged, we’ve made the replacement process simple and self-service. Choose the option below that best describes your situation and follow the steps to get your new card.

How to Get Your Replacement White Card

There are three ways to get a replacement White Card from Eclipse Education. Pick the one that matches your situation.

Option 1

Older Students — Archive System

Trained 10+ years ago

If you completed your White Card training with us more than 10 years ago, use our dedicated archive system. A staff member will retrieve your record and post your replacement card.

  1. Visit our older system and search for your record:

  2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth exactly as they were when you completed your training.

  3. Follow the prompts to request and pay for your replacement White Card.

  4. A staff member will retrieve your record from our archives and post your new card to you.

Make sure your details match exactly what you provided at the time of training — even small differences may prevent a match.

Option 2

Recent Students — Student Portal

Current system — fastest option

If you completed your White Card training more recently and have login details, you can order a replacement directly through your Student Portal in minutes.

  1. Visit eclipse.edu.au/login.asp and log in with your email and password.

  2. Forgotten your password? Use the ‘Reset Password’ link on the login page.

  3. Once logged in, click the blue ‘Student Help Center’ button on the Welcome page.

  4. Select ‘Replacement White Card’ and follow the prompts.

Recommended for most students. This is the quickest and easiest way to order your replacement card.

Option 3

No Account Access — Bank Transfer

Last resort only

Use this option only if Option 1 could not find your record and you no longer have access to the email address on your account.

Step 2 — Email us to confirm your payment

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Replacement White Card payment” and include:

  • Full name used at the time of training
  • Date of birth
  • Transfer reference and amount paid
  • Screenshot or note confirming the transfer
  • Your current residential address for delivery
  • The state where your original White Card was issued
Once we match your payment we will arrange printing and post your replacement to the address provided.

Before you apply

Important Considerations

  • Replacements can only be issued for White Cards that were originally completed in the same state. We cannot transfer or reissue a card across state lines.

  • White Cards cannot be exchanged between states. A VIC White Card is not valid as a NSW White Card and cannot be converted.

  • This process is for cards you previously received but have since lost, stolen or damaged. If you never received your card after completing training, please contact us so we can check on the original delivery.

For cards not received after your course, refer to our general White Card delivery timelines. Delivery typically takes 7–10 business days for standard post and 2–3 business days for express post.
