Attend the live Google Meet practical session within 3 months of completing the online theory component of HLTAID009 Provide CPR.
The live assessment includes at least two minutes of adult CPR on a manikin placed on the floor, infant CPR on a firm surface, AED use and required CPR response scenarios. Workplace guidance recommends refreshing CPR skills annually.

Once Australia Post scans the lodgement and all course requirements are complete, Eclipse Education issues the nationally recognised Statement of Attainment when you are assessed as competent; the box does not need to arrive at Eclipse first.
Do I have to pay to return the First Aid Training Pack?
No. Return postage is included. Repack the equipment in the same reusable box, attach the prepaid Australia Post return label supplied inside the box and drop it at an Australia Post outlet. The return is recorded when Australia Post scans the lodgement.
When is the Statement of Attainment issued?
After you have completed enrolment, the online theory and all practical assessment requirements, and your trainer and assessor have assessed you as competent, Australia Post must scan your returned box at lodgement. The box does not need to arrive at Eclipse before we email your nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.
What is in the First Aid Training Pack?
The First Aid Training Pack includes CPR manikins, an AED / defibrillator training device and other CPR resources required for the HLTAID009 practical assessment.
How long does the First Aid Training Pack take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by location. Eclipse Education sends packs through Australia Post and aims to dispatch quickly after booking. If your pack is delayed, the support team can help move your practical session to a later date.
What device do I need for the live Google Meet session?
You can use a smartphone, tablet, laptop with webcam or desktop computer with webcam. You need reliable internet, camera access and your First Aid Training Pack available for the full Google Meet practical session.
How long do I have to complete the practical session?
