Unit Overview

The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a compulsory requirement for anybody working in an environment where alcohol is available for purchase.

After completing the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) unit, you will be able to serve and sell alcohol in licensed premises. It will allow you to understand and comply with the legal responsibilities associated with the service of alcohol and Harm Minimisation.

This unit of study is conducted in a classroom based environment. You will need to attend one of our Victorian based classrooms. Bookings can be done online, please select a location closest to you to get started.
