In Victoria, you need an RSA Certificate of Completion to work in many licensed venues.
To receive your RSA Certificate of Completion, you must complete the following:

Delivery Method: Online virtual classroom.
Virtual classroom session duration: 6 hours.
Successful completion of this course will result in the issuance of a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment. Successful completion of the LCV additional online module will result in the issuance of a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate issued by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC).

Responsible Service of Alcohol in Victoria is traditionally only valid via classroom based training. However, since the COVID-19 pandemic the VGCCC has approved virtual delivery of this course to approved RTO's. Eclipse Education has been approved to deliver RSA training by interactive video chat or virtual classroom technology by the VGCCC:
The Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a compulsory requirement for anybody working in an environment where alcohol is available for purchase within the state of Victoria.

After completing the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) unit, you will be able to serve and sell alcohol in licensed premises. It will allow you to understand and comply with the legal responsibilities associated with the service of alcohol and Harm Minimisation.
