Upon successful completion you will receive a Victorian Commission of Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) certificate.

Responsible Service of Alcohol in Victoria is traditionally only valid via classroom based training. However, during the COVID-19 pandemic the VCGLR has approved virtual delivery of this course to approved RTO's. The Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a compulsory requirement for anybody working in an environment where alcohol is available for purchase within the state of Victoria.

After completing the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) unit, you will be able to serve and sell alcohol in licensed premises. It will allow you to understand and comply with the legal responsibilities associated with the service of alcohol and Harm Minimisation.
