Yes. HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is a nationally recognised unit of competency. After successful completion of the online theory and live practical assessment, Eclipse Education issues a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.

Yes. HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is included as part of this HLTAID011 Provide First Aid course at no additional cost. Complete the required assessment requirements and receive the applicable statement of attainment.

Choose a date, enrol and pay, and Eclipse Education prepares and posts the reusable First Aid Training Pack to you. Start the self-paced theory while the box is travelling. On your booked date, open the box and join the live Google Meet practical session with your trainer and assessor. After the session, repack the equipment in the same box, use the prepaid Australia Post return label supplied inside it and drop the box at an Australia Post outlet. Once Australia Post scans the lodgement and all course requirements are complete, Eclipse Education issues the nationally recognised Statement of Attainment when you are assessed as competent; the box does not need to arrive at Eclipse first.

No. Return postage is included. Repack the equipment in the same reusable box, attach the prepaid Australia Post return label supplied inside the box and drop it at an Australia Post outlet. The return is recorded when Australia Post scans the lodgement.

After you have completed enrolment, the online theory and all practical assessment requirements, and your trainer and assessor have assessed you as competent, Australia Post must scan your returned box at lodgement. The box does not need to arrive at Eclipse before we email your nationally recognised Statement of Attainment.

The First Aid Training Pack includes the equipment needed for the live practical assessment, such as first aid manikins, an AED / defibrillator training device, bandages, an asthma inhaler trainer and other first aid resources required for the course.

Delivery times vary by location. Eclipse Education sends packs through Australia Post and aims to dispatch quickly after booking. If your pack is delayed, the support team can help move your practical session to a later date.

You must attend the live Google Meet practical session within 3 months of completing the online theory component.
