What to Expect When You Enrol
Here's what happens from the moment you register through to the day of your training.
LLN Assessment (Prior to Enrolment)
Before you can formally enrol, all students must complete a short Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment. This is a requirement of nationally accredited training and is there to make sure you are set up for success before you begin.
We've designed our LLN assessment to be simple and straightforward. After you register, you'll receive a welcome email with clear steps on how to complete it — it won't take long.
Digital Literacy Assessment (WA, QLD & NSW)
Courses in WA, QLD and NSW are delivered entirely through digital technology — self-paced online or live via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet. Students must have access to a working computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone with a functioning webcam and microphone.
Before enrolling, students in these states must confirm their digital literacy by completing our short digital literacy assessment. Like the LLN test, it is included in the welcome email you receive after registering — it is designed to make sure you can confidently use the technology required so your training is a success from day one.
Evidence of Identity Required
All students must complete a full evidence of identity process as part of their enrolment. Requirements vary by state, as set by each state's safety regulator.
Full details on what is accepted in your state are provided during the enrolment process and on your state's course page — select your state above to find out more.
